  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking

Free Shipping (Orders over €50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international orders outside Belgium:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs
  • We cannot predict what these charges might be

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Belly Verkoopwinkel sportswear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Zwempakken (swimwear) with hygiene seals removed
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any additional information needed

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Include the following with your return:

  • The item(s) in original condition with all tags
  • Original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Belly Verkoopwinkel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive an email notification about your refund status
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the original return was due to our error

International Returns

For customers outside Belgium:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We cannot refund original international shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
